The Rochester Flyers Special Olympics Team serves over 300 athletes with intellectual disabilities, ages 8 and older. Through sports, our athletes celebrate their abilities, not their disabilities. Their world opens with acceptance and understanding. They become confident and empowered by their accomplishments. They make new friends, and live the Special Olympics Athlete Oath—Let Me Win. If I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.

Volunteers & Coaches
Volunteers are critical to the success of the Rochester Flyers. We serve over 250 athletes and need volunteer coaches, supporters, mentors, and management team leaders to support our busy delegation. In exchange for your gift of time, you’ll receive the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our athletes.
